Guided E-bike Tour from Hellesylt: Full Day

E-Bike Tour from Hellesylt to Flofjellet – Historic Mountain Road & Fjord Panorama Views

This e-bike tour takes you to the historical road between Hellesylt and Oppstryn, Flofjellet. This is a classic must do for all cyclist in the region, due to its spectacular nature and perfect elevated road.

We will start from Hellesylt then ride on asphalt car road for around 10 km. This is a typical Norwegian off-site road with not many cars to see. We will pass by stunning watetrfalls, beautiful farms and also the famous Tom Cruise cliff, where he drove off with a motorcycle in Mission Impossible 7.

After this we are on the historical part, where asphalt goes over to gravel. We are riding a dramatic valley, passing two mountain lakes with purple glaicer water. At a part we have to slow down, due to the road being carved into the mountain side to pass the lake. Here we have 50 meters vertical on our right side.

At the end we have a panorama view of Oppstryn, Jostedalsbreen (glacier) and Nordfjord region, just beautiful. After enjoying a lunch we will start on the return with slightly more downhill before ending the tour in charming Hellesylt.
